Complements any kind of fish or seafood. A zesty blend to rub over all your favourite seafood for grills and barbecues. A little mixed with an equal amount of water when stir frying seafood makes a piquant sauce. Medium hot.

Method

For curry: Stir half a jar of Seafood Curry Paste into 250 mls coconut milk or water and simmer 5 minutes. Add 500g - 750g seafood and simmer, uncovered, just until done. Serves 4 - 6 with rice. For a marinade: Rub 500g raw seafood with 2-3 tblspns curry paste and marinate in fridge 1 hour or overnight. Grill, barbecue or stir-fry.
