Stuffed Calamari Tubes

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Charmaine Solomon’s Thai Green Curry Paste

750g minced pork

Calamari tubes

Oil for frying

Method:

Mix Thai Green Curry Paste into minced pork. Fill calamari tubes. Fasten the opening with wooden toothpicks. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the calamari covered over a gentle heat until tender. Cool to room temperature, slice and serve.
