Delivery estimates and prices listed in this policy are a guide only.


Who ships our products to you?

Our main courier is Australia Post. However we may use other courier services (Other Courier) from time to time. It is not possible for you to specify a preferred courier when placing an order with us.


Shipping charges set out below are based on the current shipping rates provided by our courier and are indicative only. These rates may change from time to time and are also dependent on the weight of the package to be shipped to you. You will be provided with the actual rate for the shipping of your order at check out.


Dispatching Orders

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days after receipt of an order.


During peak and promotional times, please allow 5 extra business days


Shipping Options in Australia

We provide you with a standard shipping options at checkout. The following are the indicative shipping rates and the estimated time of delivery for these options:

Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10. Please allow 7 days for delivery.

We do not currently sell or ship products internationally.

Delivery Times

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery as this depends on the destination. Occasionally couriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, these delays are outside of our control. We therefore do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering your order.


Tracking your order

Once an order is dispatched Australia Post or where applicable the Other Courier sends a direct email to you with your shipping tracking number. Please note it can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking details to reach your inbox. If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking number within a reasonable time of placing your order please contact orders@charmainesolomon.com



Incorrect Address

If you have mistakenly provided us with an incorrect delivery address, please contact us at orders@charmainesolomon.com as soon as possible after you realise this mistake and we will endeavour to amend the delivery address. However if you contact us after we have processed your order we will not be able to amend the delivery address.


We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses provided by you, however we will always try to accommodate amendments to addresses where we can. To avoid disappointment please make sure you check carefully the delivery address provided in your order form before submitting your order to us.  


Incomplete Order

When you order products from us there may be instances when some of the products are sold out/unavailable. When this happens:


-          Where you have ordered a number of products and some of those products are available, the remainder of your order will be dispatched; and


-          A member of our team will either source the missing product/s and dispatch the product/s to you if sourced, or in the event that the product/s cannot be sourced a refund will be processed on your behalf.


Orders are subject to availability and we therefore reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability.
