Indian BBQ Prawns

Serves: 4

Ingriendients:

25 green prawns, de-veined

½ cup plain yoghurt

1/3 coriander chopped

1/3 jar Charmaine Solomon Tandoori Tikka

1 teaspoon garam masala, optional

Method:

Rinse and dry prawns, leaving tails on

Combine yoghurt, coriander, Tandoori Tikka marinade, pour over prawns and leave to marinade for 15 mins.

Thread the prawns onto a metal skewer or soaked bamboo or wooden skewers.

Cook on a charcoal grill for 5 mins. Turn the skewers so the prawns cook evenly. Prawns are ready when the tails start to curl. Serve with lemon wedge and tomato sambal.
