Moroccan styled Lamb Burgers

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

500g minced lamb

2 tablespoons Charmaine Solomon’s Moroccan Spice Blend

1 small finely chopped onion

1 egg

½ panko breadcrumbs

Method:

Mix Spice Blend into mince, add onion, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

Form flat patties. Grill over BBQ or a non-stick frypan.

Serve small patties as savouries, large patties in a burger bun with salad.
