North Indian BBQ Style Chicken

Serves 6

Ingredients:

6 large chicken thighs or chicken cutlets

1/3 jar Charmaine Solomon’s Butter Chicken Marinade or Charmaine Solomon’s Tandoori Tikka

1 cup natural yogurt

Method:

Mix the marinade and yogurt in a bowl. Slash flesh if pieces are thick, so flavours can penetrate. Leave 20 minutes or overnight to marinate. Cook over a hot BBQ until done.

Serve with a salad of sliced cucumber in natural yoghurt flavoured with a small clove of garlic, crushed with salt.
