BBQ Moroccan Lamb

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

2 x Lamb fillets or 8 x cutlets

1/3 jar Charmaine Solomon’s Moroccan Spice Blend

Method:

Marinate lamb fillets or cutlets in the spice blend. Leave for 10 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.

BBQ and serve with Reuben Solomon’s Harissa and a salad of asian greens, peeled and sliced oranges, thinly sliced red onions and black olives.
