MEDIUM - This legendary curry of Indonesia and Malaysia works equally well with chicken or beef. Slow cooking and the addition of rich coconut milk adds depth and decadence. Serve with vegetables. Cooking may be until the meat is tender, leaving lots of gravy or until the gravy reduced to a dry curry as pictured.
